Dietary Histidine. Model experiments on dietary histidine loading are compared to the data of [18], where dietary histidine was reduced to 1/3 of normal and increased to 8/3 of normal, and then brain histidine (panel a) and histamine (panel b) were measured after two weeks. Histidine diet = 1 is normal
